By accessing or using BallersApp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. BallersApp is operated by BallersApp ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use BallersApp. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on BallersApp. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform. You agree that your content will not:

- Include sexually explicit or violent material

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:

- Posting content that violates any applicable law
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Using automated bots or scrapers without permission
- Selling or transferring your account

6. NBA Content & Intellectual Property
BallersApp is a fan community platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA, its teams, or players. All NBA-related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Users must comply with applicable copyright laws when sharing NBA-related content.
7. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of BallersApp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
9. Disclaimers
BallersApp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BallersApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of BallersApp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
